Children

Samoëns is ideal for the whole family with children being well catered for. There is a specially adapted ‘Snow Kindergarden’ at Samoëns 1600 that will introduce children to skiing from the age of 3 years, or they can join group classes or private tuition.

Children over 3 months can be looked after in the nursery/crèche in the centre of town, for half or full days, meals can be included.

Children also like to make use of the outdoor skating rink and the motorised train that tours the village during both winter and summer months.

Lift passes are free for children under 5 years of age on arrival in resort.

Many childrens activities are available in the Summer. Bikes of every description including tag-alongs are available to hire.

We have a travel cot and high chair, which are available for use within the chalet.

The chalet has TV with English freeview channels, DVD/Video player with a selection of DVD’s and Videos. There is also a Wii player and fit board with 2 remotes. A variety of books and board games are also available.
